Heal Acne the Au Natural Way
Acne takes time and patience when it comes to waiting for it to take a permanent vacation. There may be times when you feel your medication just isn't doing enough and you wonder if there is anything you can do to give it a boost. Many people swear by using natural cures for acne, which can include many things straight from the garden - or in many of our cases, the refrigerator. After all, why not? When we can still use Aloe Vera straight from the source, there isn't any reason to say a quick mask of orange peel won't help ease the acne problem.
Will It Work?
This is the question asked by just about everyone. Scientists have yet to claim that yes, raw garlic rubbed on acne will work, and yet the rumor still perpetrates through the vocal and internet grapevine. Others you may never have heard of, yet if you visit any number of websites on the internet, you will find that fenugreek leaves that have been crushed into a paste and applied to the face every night will prevent blemishes. The only people that can say it works are those that the remedy actually works for. It seems a bit "chicken and the egg" due to the fact that you won't know it works for your skin if you don't try it, and why try it if you don't know if it works? However, the same can be said for a number of manufactured products. The main reason many of them tend to work in similar fashions is because they contain chemical ingredients that have been proven to destroy the bacteria in the blemish and are created to always soak up the extra oil on your face.
So, What Natural Cures for Acne Can I Try?
If you haven't tried mashed orange peel or any other already mentioned possibilities, you can try applying grated cucumber to acne areas. You might also try a teaspoon of coriander juice or mint juice mixed with turmeric powder and applying it to acne-prone areas. Be sure to wash it off completely before going to bed or elsewhere. There are many more out there and even though there is no tried and true miracle cure, you may be surprised to find one natural cure for acne alone that does wonders for your skin.
